The Premier Advantage Insurance Agency (PAIA) offers agents four unique and profitable ways to become part of the team.
The Career Agent:
The biggest challenge facing agents today is gaining access to new prospects. In addition, the cost of generating new prospects can be overwhelming as well as prohibitive for some agents. PAIA has developed a business model that will take the lead generation activities out of the hands of it's semi-captive agents. For those who want to remain independent, a second model offers sales and marketing systems with value added services and back office support. This model may may appeal more to the self-sufficient independent producer who needs less support. Both models enable them to generate more quality prospects, more sales and ultimately, more revenue.
The Professional Affiliate:
Two professional groups are well positioned to help agents gain access to more ideal prospects in a warm, non-marketing environment: CPA's and Estate Planning Attorneys. By utilizing a non-traditional approach, face-to-face meetings as well as Continuing Professional Education events, PAIA will attract CPA's and attorneys that seek to become value-added providers by combining retirement and estate planning concepts to their service offerings. This in turn will allow agents to partner with the collateral professional thus providing the opportunity to gain more warm clients in a quicker period of time with less marketing activities and cost.
The Agency Builder:
The entrepreneurial agent that wants to build a team of producing agents will be funnelled to the agency builder model. This model will satisfy the entrepreneurial spirited agent with recruiting, marketing resources and production override opportunities.
