Steven Tabb, CEO
Steve Tabb brings over thirty years of corporate management and professional sales experience to his position as National Director of Recruiting. For the first half of his career, Mr. Tabb worked in the wholesale and retail sales operations of a nationally recognized grocery chain where he earned the distinction of being promoted as the company’s youngest district supervisor. He successfully managed 31 retail stores for the last four years of his tenure, increasing overall company net profits each and every year.
Mr. Tabb entered into the financial services arena in 1988, where he discovered and enthusiastically developed his true passion and talent, the successful recruitment of quality financial professionals and sales managers within the insurance and securities arenas. As a top recruiter and sales director, he efficiently and masterfully built large sales forces for several nationally prominent insurance and security brokerage firms. As the National Sales Director for one company, Mr. Tabb was recognized as Recruiter of the Year for recruiting over 2,000 field agents. This sales force went on to surpass all sales records consecutively for the next two years. He also recruited separate agent field operatives for two firms serving accredited investors and raised millions of dollars to leverage toward $50 to $250 million investment projects.
In building and motivating both captive and independent sales forces, Mr. Tabb derives his greatest satisfaction from helping others to achieve more and develop to their fullest potential. |

Annie Tabb, President
 | Anne Marie McRae-Tabb serves as President. Anne has worked in the financial services arena for more than 25 years. She has extensive experience in marketing, agent recruiting, public relations, customer service, product management, and sales administration. Anne has been very successful managing top producers for several nationally recognized insurance marketing and sales organizations. She thrives on facilitating sales skills development within a strategic team building atmosphere to enhance and maximize the career and income potential of the financial professionals she works with.
Anne has had the privilege of working with several of the financial services industry's most widely recognized and respected Field Marketing Organizations and Wholesaler Operations. She was instrumental in designing and implementing the annuity marketing sales systems for a national marketing organization whose primary area of expertise was life insurance. As a direct result of her efforts, this leading marketing firm's sales force produced over $65 million in annuity premium in the first six months. For her efforts, Anne was honored with a generous offer to work with an industry leading annuity carrier in order to design a new proprietary annuity product for them. For 17 years, she worked with one of the largest annuity wholesaler's in the country recruiting and training over 500 agents for one of this wholesaler's Million Dollar Round Table earners. She also had the unique opportunity to work with a major FMO on a business building program that helped create Affiliate Field Marketing Organizations for the FMO's top producers.
Anne will be overseeing the Premier Advantage staff as they train, direct and lead the company's managers, agents and independent producers in their day to day success. She will be providing support and sales strategy knowledge to all of our staff to assist in meeting company goals. She will be actively involved in the design and implementation of marketing systems as well as the review, assessment and coordination of value based, consumer friendly financial products offered through the company's FMO affiliates. She will also coordinate company-wide activities and standard operating procedures to provide one of the highest levels of product servicing and customer satisfaction within the industry today. |

Chad Dalton, VP of Operations
 | Chad Dalton serves as Vice President of Operations and has worked in the financial services industry since 1995. A graduate of West Point, Chad has built a number of companies since leaving the military. He served as the Chief Operations Officer for a financial services firm that catered to the needs of business owners, professional athletes, and Hollywood entertainers. As Director of Land Acquisition & Development for a large multi-family developer in Colorado, he wrote, directed and produced a seminar that sold over $250 million worth of Real Estate in less than six months.
Chad’s duties include developing and monitoring the day-to-day office and field force operations of the Company. He also serves as the communications liaison between all insurance carriers, FMOs, managers, and the different distribution field forces. Chad's talents come full circle in his ability to analyze develop and implement standard operating procedures and methodologies for the financial, marketing and technology areas of the business. |

Rob Gandley, Chief Technology Officer
Rob Gandley serves as Chief Technology Officer. Rob has been a successful sales and marketing executive for over 15 years in the high technology industry. Having built numerous sales territories, marketing channels and managed several Fortune 500 accounts, Rob has consistently exceeded revenue/earnings projections throughout his career for blue chip companies such as Verizon Wireless and AT&T as well as Internet technology pioneers like PSINet. Additionally, Rob built and managed a multimillion dollar "software as a service" sales and marketing channel that delivered software to dozens of Wall Street financial institutions. Rob is well qualified to develop and manage the various lead generation programs for several reasons. He developed and launched a lead generation infrastructure for a nationwide franchise consulting network that represented hundreds of well established franchise businesses resulting in the production of thousands of leads per month throughout the US and Canada. More recently, Rob co-founded a Internet marketing company that specialized in building lead generation systems for small businesses. This expertise is key to the success of Premier Advantage's implementing multi-channel lead generation programs including agent recruiting, consumer direct and business to business leads.

Richard McMeekin, VP of Finance and Accounting
Richard McMeekin serves as Premier Advantage's in-house tax accountant. Mr. McMeekin is well qualified to perform the accounting duties with over 38 years of experience as a comptroller, tax accountant and tax business owner. Richard has been self employed as a tax accountant, dba McMeekin & Associates, for the last 28 years providing tax preparation, tax planning and accounting services for a client base of over 700 individual clients and business owners in a variety of states. Mr. McMeekin's duties will involve developing, implementing and managing Premier Advantage's financial budgeting plan and daily accounting operations.
Mr. McMeekin has also owned and operated a mortgage brokerage firm and has provided market analyses to provide assistance in real estate purchases and retail store development and location. Richard has worked together with other accountants, CPAs, estate planning attorneys and financial services professionals to help his clients evaluate and plan for their financial future and retirement. |

Thom Scheffel, General Counsel
Thom Scheffel serves as general counsel and has over 32 years of experience as a top estate planning and taxation attorney in Colorado. He also assists the companies in areas of business and operations. Education and Other Affiliations: Southern Methodist School of Law (JD), New York University (LLM Taxation); Estate Planning, Trusts, Trust Administration, Probate, Tax Exempt Organizations in Colorado.
